Return of Standard Products
You may return standard products within 5 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, or in secure packaging that prevents damage during shipping. Contact our support team at info@braamfamily.co.za to receive your order number and return instructions. Return shipments must be sent to us via your preferred courier service.
Important Notes: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the product is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, we will not be able to process the refund and will return the product to you.
Return of Special Items
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for products customized in personalized sizes, custom patterns or colors.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund. If you do not see the refund in your account after 14 days from receiving our confirmation email, please contact your bank for further assistance.
